Gears of War fans, get ready to start the hype train yet again: Gears of War 3 is official. Not officially announced but official nonetheless.
The news comes via the cover of Issue #238 of Electronic Gaming Monthly (shown here), the one which marks the return of the publication, set to arrive December 1. Though the only version of the cover -- published on EGM's Facebook and Twitter pages -- is small in size, zooming in on it does clearly show "Gears of War 3" as one of the items covered inside.
